About Ethan Trotz

Ethan Trotz is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice. He represents lenders, secured creditors, and financial institutions in a wide range of insolvency matters. Prior to joining Katten, Ethan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Catherine J. Furay, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Wisconsin. While attending law school, Ethan served as an articles and notes editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. He also interned in a district attorney’s office, clerked at a large law firm in Atlanta, and was a judicial intern for a bankruptcy judge in North Carolina.
