Financial Markets and Funds Partner Michael Didiuk will speak at the Fordham University Blockchain & Regulatory Symposium, which the firm will sponsor.

On Monday, October 5, at 4:20 p.m. (ET), Mike will participate in the panel discussion "Vaults & Everything Apps." Vaults have quietly become a core piece of practice over the past five or six years, and clients now hold billions across some protocols. The panel will trace that evolution and its ties to artificial intelligence, from automation to robo-adviser analogies. The conversation will then broaden to "everything apps" and the questions they raise that remain top of mind at both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), returning to the value-capture themes threaded throughout the day.

Since 2019, the Fordham Law Blockchain Regulatory Symposium has convened an invite-only assembly of influential regulators, academics, judges, lawyers and business practitioners at the forefront of consumer protection, corporate, financial regulatory, intellectual property, litigation and other areas of the law.
