Financial Markets and Funds partner David Dickstein and counsel Adam Bolter will participate in the "Form N-PX and 'Say-on-Pay': Preparing for New Requirements for Institutional Managers" virtual program at 11:00 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, June 15. Speakers will discuss new reporting obligations that will be required of Section 13F institutional investment managers, who will need to track their "say-on-pay" proxy votes for new Form N-PX starting July 1, 2023. While initial filings under the new Rule 14Ad-1 are not due until August 2024, managers subject to the rule should start considering new disclosure and recordkeeping requirements now. The speakers will share practical guidance on considerations for updating policies and procedures and tracking information for the reporting period.
