Daniel Collins, White Collar and Internal Investigations partner, will participate in the "Commencing the Internal Investigation: Considerations at the Outset" segment of PLI's Internal Investigations 2022 conference on Wednesday, October 12 at the University of Chicago’s Gleacher Center. The segment will cover how to deal with allegations by a whistleblower, how to identify labor and employment issues, crafting document preservation notices, managing investigation costs, spotting international issues, and determining when an investigation is warranted and determining its scope.
During the day-long conference, speakers will review the fundamentals of conducting an effective and efficient investigation using a real-world hypothetical with animated video to bring the story to life.
