About Katherine E. Chambers
Katherine Chambers represents clients in complex commercial and class action litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, securities laws, consumer protection and product defect cases. She has worked with companies in a variety of industries – including financial services, technology, health care, pharmaceuticals and insurance – as well as individuals and executives, in federal and state courts, arbitrations and regulatory proceedings.
Practical problem-solving with a global perspective
Katherine draws on her experience both in court and in-house in the tech industry to help her clients navigate and resolve business disputes in ways that align with their long-term objectives, whether that means negotiating an early settlement or litigating a case to a jury verdict, and through appeal. Following law school, Katherine served as a law clerk in the US District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and as an interim law clerk for the Honorable Ed Carnes of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She then practiced in Dallas at two international law firms before working in-house as litigation counsel for the US subsidiary of a large, multinational semiconductor company.
