(NEW YORK) Katten announced that Chief Executive Officer Noah Heller has been named to Crain’s New York Business 2026 list of Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting and Law, a distinction that recognizes the region’s most influential and visionary professionals.

As the firm’s first CEO, appointed in 2013, Heller has shaped Katten's strategic and operational vision across ten offices spanning the United States, London and Shanghai. In close partnership with Chairman Gil Soffer, he leads an organization of nearly 650 attorneys and hundreds of business professionals, and his stewardship helped propel the firm to $912.3 million in revenue last year.

This honor reflects Heller's forward-looking and people-centered approach to leadership. Over the past five years, he has championed strategic investments in technology and artificial intelligence, supported the creation of Katten’s annual mentoring award, and introduced an employee stipend dedicated to well-being. He also spearheaded KattenFlex, one of the most flexible hybrid work policies in the legal industry.

In his practice, Heller helps clients invest in assets related to domestic and international companies experiencing financial distress. He previously served as a staff attorney at the Division of Enforcement of the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

His leadership extends well beyond the firm through his dedicated community service. He serves on the Board of Riley's Way Foundation, which partners with emerging young leaders to advance social impact initiatives.

Heller was also named by The American Lawyer as a Northeast Trailblazer in 2022 and selected to Crain's 40 Under 40 list in 2014.
