Sallabank has more than 30 years of experience working on high-level transactional, planning and dispute resolution issues regarding all aspects of UK corporate tax matters. She advises particularly on financial transactions, including structured and asset-backed financing and cross-border transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient group structuring and a range of corporate joint venture arrangements, to name some.
