Katten’s Leadership Institute for Women of Color, the nation’s first internal program of its kind to proactively address the issue of women of color leaving law firms at a high rate, was recently featured in articles in The National Law Journal (“Firm Hosts Workshop for Women Lawyers of Color,” July 24, 2007) and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin ("Success in law firm is hard but achievable, black women lawyers told,” July 25, 2007).
