About Kenneth N. Hebeisen
Ken Hebeisen is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice. He has advised secured lenders and financial institutions, unsecured creditors, corporate debtors and other financially distressed companies, and independent directors on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, both in and out of court. He has helped stakeholders navigate large, complex Chapter 11 cases, receiverships, assignments for the benefits of creditors, strict foreclosures, and other proceedings.
While in law school, Ken served as an editor of the Loyola University of Chicago Law Journal and an academic tutor for Legal Writing classes. As a member of Loyola’s moot court team, he won first place at the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sara L. Ellis of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
