About Lisa Featherson
As Katten's chief talent officer, Lisa Featherson leads the firm's talent functions for attorneys and business professionals across all offices including talent development and acquisition, human resources, performance management, professional development and training, leadership programming, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Lisa spearheads the creation and implementation of a human capital strategy that is in sync with our strategic objectives.
Elevating the firm through attracting and developing Katten's deep bench
Lisa leverages her tremendous drive and enthusiasm, along with her more than 20 years of experience to grow Katten through various talent initiatives aimed at recruiting and retaining top talent. She is responsible for maintaining employee satisfaction by managing benefits, fostering a positive and nurturing cultural environment, and leading our compensation efforts. Prior to joining Katten, Lisa served as the Chief People & Development Officer at a top 25 Am Law law firm and has served in various talent capacities at two other law firms.
