A background of real estate experience
Max has experience representing investment banks, commercial banks, financial institutions and other commercial lenders in the origination of debt secured by real estate assets of all types, including multifamily housing, office, retail, hotel, apartment, condominium, industrial and self-storage properties. He also has experience representing lenders in balance sheet deals involving syndicated and single lender transactions for term loans, construction loans and homebuilder financing. In addition to real estate finance transactions, Max also represents owners, investors and developers of real property in a variety of real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale and development of commercial properties across the United States.
