Bringing an innovative perspective to tackle complex legal issues
While interning for the Honorable George B. Daniels in the Southern District of New York, Nicholas gained insight into how judges handle an array of challenging legal issues and the procedural aspects of the law. Being a paralegal at a large international law firm prior to attending law school made Nicholas extremely detail-oriented, while giving him the skills necessary to multitask effectively. Furthermore, interning for the USAO-SDNY in its criminal division and USAO-EDNY in its civil division, provided valuable insight into both criminal and civil matters from a government perspective. Lastly, in law school, Nicholas was a notes and articles editor for Fordham's Urban Law Journal and a competitor on Fordham's Dispute Resolution Society.
