Bringing a practical approach to novel legal issues
Prior to attending law school, Nicholas worked as a litigation paralegal at a major multinational law firm, which equipped him with the knowledge and abilities needed to manage large-scale and challenging cases after graduation. While at Fordham, Nicholas also learned how federal judges handle pre- and post-trial proceedings while interning for the Honorable George B. Daniels in the Southern District of New York. He also gained important insight about the methods used by federal prosecutors in both civil and criminal cases while interning for the USAO-SDNY and USAO-EDNY in their criminal and civil divisions respectively. Lastly, in law school, Nicholas was a notes and articles editor for Fordham's Urban Law Journal and a competitor on Fordham's Dispute Resolution Society.
