Bringing an innovative perspective to tackle complex and novel legal issues
Prior to attending law school, Nicholas was a paralegal at a large international law firm, which provided him with the skills necessary to handle complex lawsuits upon graduating law school. While at Fordham, Nicholas interned for the Honorable George B. Daniels in the Southern District of New York, where he gained insight into how judges handle pre- and post-trial proceedings. Furthermore, Nicholas received valuable insight into how federal prosecutors approach civil and criminal cases while interning for the USAO-SDNY and USAO-EDNY in their criminal and civil divisions. Lastly, in law school, Nicholas was a notes and articles editor for Fordham's Urban Law Journal and a competitor on Fordham's Dispute Resolution Society.
