Leslie Minier, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice and its Chief Diversity Officer, was quoted in an article in MultiCultural Law magazine on strategic diversity initiatives. The article discusses some key points of Katten’s program to involve partners in retaining diverse talent and creating a level playing field.
