Three Katten attorneys will participate in Legal Week's Private Client Forum Americas. Joshua Rubenstein, national head of the firm's Trusts and Estates practice, will give the opening remarks from the chairman each day of the event: "Everything old is new again" at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27; "Sailing to Philadelphia" at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 28; and "I fought the law" at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 29. He will also give the closing comments at 12:00 p.m. on March 29.
On Wednesday, March 27, Trusts and Estates partners Matthew Sperry and Kathryn von Matthiessen will participate in panel discussions. At 3:00 p.m., Matthew will participate in the "Look outside of the box and choose the right structure: Tiny boxes" discussion, analyzing the entities required in family planning, and which work best under which circumstances. At 4:40 p.m., Kathryn will participate in the "Interactive boardroom discussions: The times, they are a-changin’," covering USA/Canadian estate planning developments.
