Henry Bregstein, a partner in the Financial Markets and Funds practice, will participate in two sessions during the Private Placement Life Insurance & Variable Annuities Forum. At 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1, he will speak on the "PPLI 101 – what, how and the rules" panel discussion, which will include an introduction to private placement life insurance (PPLI) and misconceptions, and best practices for using PPLI.
Henry will also moderate "Focus on investors: examining the challenges and offerings for managers, advisors and carriers" at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 2. The presentation will include a focus on individual products, as well as control, ownership and legal challenges.
