Real Property Trust and Estates (RPTE) Section's Spring CLE Symposia

Two Katten attorneys will speak during the Real Property Trust and Estates (RPTE) Section's Spring CLE Symposia, an annual event involving discussions of the latest developments in real estate and trusts and estate law.

Nancy Rich, a partner in the Environmental and Workplace Safety practice, will participate in the "Urbanization and Gentrification: Tools to Increase Social Equity While Revitalizing City Centers" program at 3:15 p.m. (ET) on Thursday, May 10. Her presentation will focus on navigating the maze of incentive and funding programs when redeveloping urban brownfields.

Jay Freiberg, chair of the New York Fiduciary Litigation practice, will participate in the "Drafting Dos and Don'ts – Small Errors and a World of Problems" program at 2:45 p.m. (ET) on Friday, May 11. The panel discussion will involve identifying and avoiding errors in client documentation and litigation consequences from drafting errors.
