Her presentation will focus on navigating the maze of incentive and funding programs when redeveloping urban brownfields.
Jay Freiberg, chair of the New York Fiduciary Litigation practice, will participate in the "Drafting Dos and Don'ts – Small Errors and a World of Problems" program at 2:45 p.m. (ET) on Friday, May 11. The panel discussion will involve identifying and avoiding errors in client documentation and litigation consequences from drafting errors.
