Reid comes to legal practice with an interesting background. Prior to law school, he spent five years training and performing as a comedian in Chicago at world-famous comedy venues. He then learned to apply the skills involved in comedy writing and performance to legal practice. While in law school, Reid interned for the Honorable Karen Gren Scholer in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas and for the Honorable E. Lee Morris in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. Reid also served on the executive board of the Texas A&M Law Review as symposium editor and as president for Texas A&M Law's Student Bar Association.
