About Robert Graham
Robert Graham focuses his practice on the representation of private equity firms, investment and venture capital firms, and privately held entities in domestic and cross-border transactions. Robert has served clients in a variety of industries, including health care, technology, manufacturing and retail. Robert also advises clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
A skilled orator and writer in law
During law school, Robert served as a research assistant to Professor Amy Coney Barrett. He also served as the development editor for the Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy and was a member of the National Bar Association Moot Court team.
