Sarah Dieter represents various parties in a range of public and private asset-backed transactions, including secured warehouse lending, prime and sub-prime automobile loan and automobile lease securitizations, and revolving credit facilities.

During law school, Sarah was an associate editor for the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. She also represented early-stage startups and social enterprises as part of the Fordham University School of Law Entrepreneurial Law Clinic to help develop her broad client care and business analytical skills.

Sarah also interned for Katten’s Innovation Team, where she spent her time leveraging data analysis and new technologies to improve efficiency and value for client engagement and operations within the firm.
