Michael Justus, a partner in the Intellectual Property practice, will moderate the "Technology and IP Forum: Copyright Law Updates and Best Practices" program at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 31. The program will explore trending copyright legal and compliance issues, with a particular focus on digital media, fair use and rights clearance, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and US Copyright Office policy and guidance. The panel will provide updates on emerging issues and share best practices and practical guidance for legal generalists and experienced copyright counsel alike.
