About Theodore Ryan

Theodore Ryan focuses his practice on government and public finance. He has served as bond counsel, underwriters' counsel and borrower's counsel on several public infrastructure financings, including for universities, schools, hospitals and airports, as well as financings for toll roads and bridges.

Working toward the public good

During law school, Theodore served as managing editor of the St. John's University School of Law New York International Law Review, and externed at the St. John’s University School of Law Securities Arbitration Clinic where he helped represent under-served investors in securities arbitration claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
