The Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms will sponsor a luncheon program entitled, "White Men and Diversity: A Candid Dialogue," hosted by Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP on Tuesday, May 20 from 12:00–1:30 p.m.

The program will include an interactive panel discussion featuring William Von Hoene, Jr., the executive vice president and general counsel of Exelon Corporation, Robert Yates, the editor of the Chicago Lawyer, and Lawrence Gray, a partner at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP.

The panel, which will be moderated by Dr. Arin N. Reeves of the Athens Group, will begin a candid dialogue on white men's perspectives on diversity efforts, the ways in which they feel included in and excluded by diversity initiatives in the legal profession, and insights on ways in which white men can become and stay engaged in creating a more diverse legal profession.

The Chicago Committee has applied for 1.5 hours of MCLE credit for attendance at this program. Attendees will be notified by email once the MCLE application has been completed.
