Partne Michael R. Callahan will participate in the roundtable discussion entitled “The Growing Impact of Conflict of Interest Issues on Cardiovascular Device Development and the Clinical Trial Process” on Tuesday, October 24 at 6:00 p.m. The roundtable will discuss the practical, ethical and legal issues associated with a physician's responsibility in addressing and avoiding conflicts of interest with medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies and other vendors when participating in clinical trials and various research projects.
