At 1:45 p.m. on February 27, partner Laura Keidan Martin will participate in the "Critical Insights, Updates and Considerations in the Healthcare Law Landscape" panel, discussing critical developments within the industry. At 3:15 p.m., associate Ramana Rameswaran will present "Pivoting to Adapt to a Rapidly Changing Regulatory Environment," an interactive think tank session focused on recent regulatory changes and success strategies for adapting to them.
Laura and associate Rachel Adams will then present "Value-Based and Other Innovative Physician Alignment Models" at 1:45 p.m. on Monday, February 28. The session will provide practical insights into the value-based arrangements (VBA) rules and profile specific innovative physician alignment models being deployed by health systems across the country.
