Ken will present "Mergers and Acquisitions in Radiology—Reports from the Frontlines of National Companies and Private Equity Firms" at 10:45 a.m. (ET) on Friday, October 27. He will discuss the role private equity firms are playing in radiology mergers and acquisitions, as well as provide a deeper dive into physician practice management companies (PPMCs) and their objectives. Also on October 27, Ken will present "Thoughts from a "Premarital" Counselor on How to Have a Successful Marriage (Merger)" at 1:30 p.m. (ET). This presentation will explore types of mergers, the process for merging and legal and regulatory issues to consider, and significant questions that should be answered prior to a merger.
