Katten will participate as a sponsor in the University of Texas School of Law's 5th Annual Government Enforcement Institute (UTGEI) on September 20–21, 2018. Litigation partner Barrett Howell will serve as a co-chair of the event, which provides a collegial forum for practitioners and in-house counsel to engage with high-level current and former government and other authorities with an enforcement mandate. UTGEI will involve discussion of enforcement trends, risk areas, judicial and legislative developments, and key stages and considerations during a government investigation.
