(CHICAGO) Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP will host more than 30 leaders of United States and European law firms at the 2011 Fall Meeting of the United States European Network (USEN) September 23–26 in Chicago.

Established in 1989, the USEN is a non-exclusive network of leading independent European and North American law firms that work together to service United States and European clients abroad.

“We continue to focus on developing relationships with top-tier law firms overseas to help service our North American-based clients as their business activities expand into the global marketplace, while also making Katten a prime resource in the United States for foreign firms looking to do the same,” said Vincent A. F. Sergi, Katten’s National Managing Partner.

Lori Healey, principal at The John Buck Company, who served as president of the Chicago 2016 Olympic Bid and as Mayor Richard M. Daley’s Chief of Staff, will be the keynote speaker and discuss the importance of international partnerships in the global economy. Participants will also hear insights from University of Chicago professor, Samuel S. Kortum regarding the European debt crisis.
