Katten has been ranked among the top trademark firms in the United States for 2011 by Intellectual Property Today magazine. The annual list, which appeared in the May issue of IP Today, comprises 140 firms and individuals. The rankings are based on the number of U.S. trademark registrations issued in 2010 where the firm or an individual from the firm is listed as the legal representative on the registration.
