Designed by noted Chicago architect Dirk Lohan of Lohan Anderson, the 45-story, 1.17 million square foot office building opened in 2009. Housing the headquarters of Mesirow Financial and Jenner & Block LLP, the building received a LEED CS-Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

It has won numerous design awards for its distinctive elliptical design and has received a LEED Platinum certification—the first of its kind for an existing building—from the U.S. Green Building Council.
