Elizabeth Weber has been elected president of Women in Public Finance (WPF), a nonprofit, educational and professional networking organization for women in the public finance industry. Ms. Weber previously served as the organization's vice president. Founded in 1997, WPF seeks to advance women's leadership opportunities by fostering relationships and providing educational opportunities and forums. Its members include state and local government issuers, not-for-profit issuers, investment bankers, attorneys, financial attorneys, rating agency analysts, bond insurers and trust officers, among others.
