Partner Jonathan Baum Quoted in the Chicago Tribune on the Defense of the George Ryan Corruption Trial

Jonathan K. Baum, a Partner and the Firm’s Director of Pro Bono Services, was quoted in a Chicago Tribune article which examines the definition of pro bono as it relates to this trial ("Free Ryan defense could get expensive; If mistrial declared, rerun would be costly," March 30, 2006).  In the article, Mr. Baum notes that there are a variety of definitions of pro bono work, which can also be related to civil rights and civil liberties organizations, as well as charitable groups.
