Partner Kenneth Jacobson will speak at a webinar titled "Real Estate Opinion Letters: Is There an Emerging National Customary Practice?" at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21. The program will explore the similarities and differences in local opinion letter practice as reflected by state bar opinion reports, as well as the national efforts of the ABA Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers to capture and articulate what consensus exists among the state reports.
