Chicago Private Wealth associate Jeffrey Glickman will participate in a virtual panel through the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education entitled, "A Look Into Estate Planning in Illinois Versus Out-of-State Trust Jurisdictions," on Tuesday, November 10. Other panelists include Jason Morris, a Nevada attorney at Woodburn and Wedge, and Gregory Crawford, president of the Alliance Trust Company of Nevada.
The panel will discuss strategies for evaluating when it is best for families in Illinois to establish an Illinois trust rather than a trust in another jurisdiction and apply those strategies to case studies in order to illustrate potential outcomes.
