The American Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division has named Health Care Associate Ramana Rameswaran to its 2022 class of "On the Rise - Top 40 Young Lawyers."

The annual "On the Rise" list features young ABA members who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership, and legal and community service. In its recognition of Ramana, the ABA noted that he advises some of the largest health systems and healthcare entities in the country on highly complex transactions, high-stakes government disclosures, telehealth and other operational issues.

On top of his legal practice, Ramana is exceptionally active in bar leadership and community service. He has held more than a dozen ABA leadership roles, including a Presidential Appointment to the Council on Diversity in the Educational Pipeline in 2021. Earlier this year he received the ABA Health Law Section's Emerging Young Lawyer in Healthcare award.

A born educator and advocate for ethics and diversity, Ramana frequently teaches and trains on topics of medical-legal ethics and diversity within the emergency medical services (EMS). Ramana is a certified EMS instructor and nationally registered EMT.
