Alex Taylor is an associate in the Corporate practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and reorganisations. Alex has advised on transactions covering a wide range of sectors, including a variety of technology industries, financial services and consumer and retail, among other areas. He is based in the London office and, prior to joining Katten, trained with a leading city practice and has worked in-house for an asset manager operating in the fintech sector.
