About Anna J. Hile

Anna Hile has represented companies and private equity firms in connection with corporate transactions spanning a wide variety of industries across the globe. She brings knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills to her transactions to find the best solutions for each client.

Detail oriented and committed to client service

Prior to joining Katten, Anna practiced at a large international law firm in Chicago, advising clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital and other complex business transactions. Anna cares greatly about providing the best client experience through consistent communication and having a deep understanding of each individual client’s needs.

During law school, Anna was able to use her passion for people and client service while working at Northwestern University's Bluhm Legal Clinic: Center on Wrongful Convictions. Anna also served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy. While earning her bachelor's degree, Anna worked as a labor compliance specialist intern at a state department of transportation, where she honed her analytical skills and heightened her detail-oriented nature.
