About Christina Mkrtchyan

Christina Mkrtchyan represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions. She advises institutional lenders, investors, developers and issuers in the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of sports and entertainment venues, mixed-use developments, multifamily properties, hotels and resorts, retail centers, office buildings, studios and affordable housing.

Christina balances a business-driven strategy with meticulous attention to detail to help clients navigate sophisticated deal structures with confidence and clarity. She also maintains an active pro bono practice representing community, education and philanthropic organizations in real estate and corporate matters.

Real Estate Focused Leadership

Christina earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as president of the Student Bar Association, Real Estate Law Society and Armenian Law Students Association. Her leadership experiences at USC continue to shape her collaborative approach and ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and successful outcomes.
