(NEW YORK) Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP announced today that it has strengthened its Commercial Finance practice with the addition of Constance (Connie) A. Fratianni to the firm's New York office. Fratianni provides guidance to lenders and borrowers in leveraged financings, securitizations and structured financings.

Fratianni focuses her practice on private debt financings, advising borrowers and lenders in various financings with an emphasis on leveraged lending, securitizations, restructurings and asset-based finance. She also provides support to creditors and acquirers of assets in large and complex domestic and international out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. She regularly represents companies and lenders in the transportation, health care, sports, entertainment and media, and commercial real estate industries.
