Ilene Froom, a partner in the Financial Markets and Funds practice, will participate in the "Digitization: Digitizing Documentation for Implementation" panel at 10:00 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, September 22. Panelists will discuss how ISDA documentation can be negotiated on the ISDA Create platform to create standardized, digital representations of these contracts, with ISDA CDM able to be used to express the structure and operational aspects within this documentation. These initiatives can work in parallel to provide better connectivity between contractual obligations and the systems that maintain the performance of those contracts, as well as providing libraries of components that can be used to construct smart derivatives contracts. The presentation will explore how the ISDA initiatives are being developed, and will discuss the associated benefits.
