Strategic insight grounded in diverse experience

Previously serving as in-house counsel for a US government-sponsored enterprise, Eddy advised transaction teams on multifamily financing transactions for both conventional and affordable housing projects. His experience in the lending side of the affordable housing industry has equipped him with tools to help clients work through financing requirements of various projects.

Eddy has also represented a spectrum of real estate stakeholders in private practice, including developers, pension and private equity funds, real estate investment trusts, sovereign wealth funds, and asset and investment managers. Having worked with a diverse array of clients, he appreciates the importance of recognizing and balancing varied interests and objectives when troubleshooting issues and steering clients through all stages of deals.

Eddy has extensive experience with multiple types of commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint ventures. That work has encompassed an assortment of asset types such as hotels, industrial facilities, life sciences developments, multifamily and single-family developments, office buildings and mixed-use properties.
