About Eli Krasnow

Eli Krasnow provides regulatory, transactional and general legal counsel to clients across the financial services industry, including investment advisers, hedge funds, securities broker-dealers and commodities markets participants. Eli also assists financial services clients with respect to fund formation and compliance issues.

Helping clients stay compliant in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape

While in law school, Eli served as a member of the Fordham Law Tax Society, and worked as a staff member on the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
