Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation partner Kate Saracene and Privacy, Data and Cybersecurity partner Trisha Sircar will facilitate the “Emerging Privacy Law Issues for Schools in 2020” program at 3:00 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, July 7. The program will address privacy issues schools should consider before the start of the 2020–2021 school year, such as diligence on software and technology platforms, and updates to Acceptable Use Policies (AUPs), Media and Technology Usage Consent Forms, Business Continuity Plans, Incident Response Plans, and Information Security Policies, as well as onboarding appropriate technology tools.
