Three Katten attorneys will present the “Ethical Issues in Internal Investigations” webinar at 12:00 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, October 13. Health Care partner Kenya Woodruff, and Litigation partners Johnjerica Hodge and Ryan Meyer, will provide an overview of common ethical issues in internal investigations such as representation concerns, internal and external reporting obligations, and privilege considerations.
