Katten’s Health Care practice will present a webinar series on hot topics in health care in 2014. The first program, “Ethical Responsibilities in Health Care Transactions,” will take place at 1:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 11. Partners Kenneth Davis and Brooks Giles will review some of the general rules of ethics and discuss how those rules apply to negotiation and disclosure during a transaction. They will also look at some specific health care examples through hypothetical situations and drafting problems, and examine the best ways to approach those situations. Kenneth and Brooks will explore:
- model ethic rules and their application;
- negotiation tactics, including deal considerations and ethical obligations; and
