Protecting and commercializing IP across its full lifecycle
Georgia helps businesses protect and commercialize their intellectual property, advising on the clearance, registration and portfolio management of trademarks, designs and copyright, and on licensing, franchising and IP assignment arrangements. Where disputes arise, she helps clients enforce and defend their rights, from initial infringement concerns through to resolution. She also advises on the IP aspects of wider corporate transactions, including due diligence and post-completion matters.
On the data privacy side, Georgia advises clients on their data protection compliance obligations and their engagement with regulators. She also advises on the privacy, cybersecurity and AI implications of new products and digital services, as well as the data protection and information technology aspects of corporate transactions.
