Better results stem from better questions

Greg knows that better results stem from better questions, and focuses on identifying and solving the issues that matter most to his clients. Greg's approach to transactions and diligence projects is rooted in his time spent prior to law school as a certified public accountant, during which he audited privately held companies in a variety of industries. His depth of experience gives Greg perspective for how companies manage their operations and economics, which he draws on to analyze issues with an eye toward his clients' strategic and business goals. At Katten, Greg works with the firm's innovation team to identify and leverage technologies that streamline deals and alleviate common pain-points for lawyers, companies and investors alike that distract from the material issues or unique circumstances of each transaction.

During law school, Greg worked in the University of Michigan Law School's Child Advocacy Legal Clinic where he advocated for children and families involved matters heard before the Juvenile Court of Washtenaw County, Michigan.
