Lance Soderstrom, Intellectual Property partner and co-chair of Katten's Patent Litigation practice, will be an instructor during the American Conference Institute's Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA Proficiency Series, which is a virtual, three-week boot camp covering the essentials and intricacies of Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA litigation and regulation.
Lance will participate in a panel presentation on Tuesday, October 18, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET). Panelists will present on a broad range of topics related to the Hatch-Waxman landscape, including abbreviated new drug applications and exclusivities, and Paragraph IV disputes and litigation.
