Insider Trading in 2013: A Look Back In-Depth

Partners Scott Resnik and Michael Rosensaft will present the webcast “Insider Trading in 2013: A Look Back In-Depth” at 12:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 26. During  the first half of 2013 alone, approximately thirty new insider trading complaints and  indictments were filed by the SEC and the Department of Justice (including parallel proceedings), reflecting some bold prosecutions that further stretch the bounds of the misappropriation theory and demonstrate heavy reliance on circumstantial evidence.
