About Jaime T. Willis
Jaime Willis focuses her practice on private credit transactions. She represents agents, lenders, private equity sponsors and borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured debt financings and refinancings.

Jaime focuses on understanding her clients' priorities to ensure deals are negotiated in an efficient and effective manner. She knows that her clients depend on building positive relationships for long-term business success and keeps a business-focused perspective while advocating for her clients.
Jaime is a founding chair of the Young Leadership Board of the Illinois chapter of America Needs You and a two-time mentor coach with the organization. She also serves as an associate on the Ravinia Associates Board.
While attending law school, Jaime was the topic access editor of The University of Chicago Law Review and a member of the IJ Clinic on Entrepreneurship.
Prior to law school, Jaime served as a James H. Dunn, Jr. Memorial Fellow in the Illinois Office of the Governor. In this role, she focused on public policy analysis and development. Subsequently, she was one of the founding employees of the Illinois Science & Technology Coalition.
