About Jennifer Vliet

Jennifer Vliet advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing and general corporate matters. She regularly works with private equity firms, their portfolio companies and other privately held businesses.

Jennifer's experience spans a variety of industries, including industrial services, business services, technology services, construction, health care, advertising, marketing, fashion and apparel.

Detail-oriented, Jennifer uses a tailored approach that best suits each client scenario. Clients rely on her to spot and address even the smallest inconsistencies before they become larger problems down the line.

Devoted to pro bono work, Jennifer regularly works with non-profit organizations, assisting with formation documents, corporate policies and tax-exemption applications.

Industry knowledge informed by personal experience

Jennifer's background as an athlete informs her approach to a variety of client matters. She was a Division I basketball player at St. Louis Univesity. While in undergrad, she gleened deeper insights into the sports industy when she interned with a sports agency that represented minor and major league baseball players.

Also while in law school, Jennifer was a member of the Loyola Law School International Commercial Mediation Team and competed in the 2020 ICC International Commerical Mediation Competition in Paris.
